Contributor's comments: Breeze air is an early evaporative air conditioning unit used in outback Australia. They were common in houses at Old Leigh Creek SA in the 50s to 80s and elsewhere in Northern SA. More modern models have superseded them. I expect some would still be in use in outback towns.
